I just received this book from a good friend, and I am so excited to share it with you. It's the kind of book in which almost everyone can find a piece of themselves.
The author, Joan Steffend, initially wrote this for herself, however, after sharing it with friends and family, she received many comments about how they were touched by it. The book is a short read, and for some, the touch is very deep. I know you will love it!

Just from looking at the cover, and the color, I thought it had "meaning." I once had a similar photo of a woman for my personal training business called, "Trim and Tone."
I always love a book recommendation that comes from the heart. I will go check it out now.

I don't like this story at all. Not. At. All.
I can honestly say that I've never felt like anything is missing in my life--I am living it to the fullest and feel so grateful for every day, every person I meet, every blessing. It's a great place to be. It sounds like this book would be a wonderful gift to anyone open to its message. I'm glad she shared it!
